No problem. I like things established right and clear when I resolve a problem.

One more note. It can save a lot of time. No restarts of audacity was needed after changing settings in Creative Audio console. As for Windows Recording Devices I'm not sure but probably too.

Do you mark posts as SOLVED ? You can mark this one. The problem was not recording devices configuration. Additionally to "What you hear" there was microphone and line in enabled and they didn't interfere with recording process. Solution: The problem is present when the Headphones are set ...

Thank you for fast response. That's right - I record, then play it back and the pitch is higher than the source audio pitch. Recorded sound are pitched up (SOLVED)

Hight tones are pitched up and bass is not as what it has been played. I guess you can tell that all has been pitched up (frequency increased). I've tested it on Audacity 1.2.6 and 1.3.9.
