I'm happy with 1.3.10 beta running on my WindowsXP home version. Any advantage or problem if I install 1.3.13 over it?

Bill: I turned the label track off (only had one label in it but that apparently was enough to cause my problem). And I cut via highlighting what I didn't want using CNTRL+X . It worked fine. Also unchecked the "link audio and label tracks" for now. Suspect I'll need to recheck it when making labels...

Tried just doing a voice removal of only the vocal portion of a track. The result wasn't pleasing, so I give up. Appreciate the suggestions--help.
