Export WAV as 256kbps, 16 bit, 16 khz, mono
Hi, Our VoIP telephone system requires on hold music in a certain format. Ideally, the file needs to be in a WAV format, 256kbps, 16khz, 16bit, mono. Whenever I try to save a WAV file like this from Audacity - it sets the bit rate to 352 kbps... I cannot seem to find a setting to change the bit rate...
