Audacity Forum

I am downloading 1.2.5 for Mac OS X. As the site suggests, I created a file in Applications and when 1.2.5 download it goes to my download file. An icon appears for a second below the Macintosh HD icon and then disappears. I can find it nowhere adn I have no .dmg file to drag to my Applications fold...
