Audacity Forum

I have all my music files under one root directory and I want a program that would recursively scan all the sub directories and convert FLAC to MP3 format. I downloaded 1.3.9 beta version of Audacity and I see MP3 conversion under "Edit Chains" of File menu. But, I am not clear as to how to use this...
