thanks for the reply.........i checked the link u gave me and that bang on with what i need to do......phasing. but u say that it cant be done on audacity???? if not would u know i what programs i could use to overcome this? btw its got to for mac 10.3........thank you

Giving a track a wider sound? Help
hi,
would anybody know how to give a track a wider sound? open a track up to a broader sound?? i know its not the master volume, that just turns things up, i want to fill more space with the track.....i hope thats helpful, as i not too good with terminolgy. any help would be most valued again

thanks for looking at my post...i'm new to audacity and needed some help. I have a couple of old wave files that need their sound levels match (one channel is less than the other).....is this possible in audacity???? any help would be most valued.
