That looks cool and will I start to use it but I still think my idea is easier and more intuitive. Having two buttons for "Cursor Save" and "Cursor Move" would be the simplest. Thanks for your help.

When I am editing, I sometimes have to zoom in real close and make a selection point in a very specific spot. Within hundredths of a second. Paste Mix.
I looked around and can't really find info on this but is there a way to paste mix? If you copy audio from one track and paste it to another, it timeshifts the track you're pasting to forwards to make room. But I want it to blend the both together. The program "Wavepad" had such an option. How do I ...

I checked and found a "Line In" jack on both computers. I'm kicking myself for not even trying that one. Thanks a bunch.

I'm not sure this is the right forum much less the right website but I recently got this cable with two male plugs and when I use it to plug a radio into the microphone jack on the back of my computer and hit record in Audacity, the left side is in both channels. Auto "Fit Project"
When I zoom in and highlight a part of audio and replace it with silence or tone or whatever, after the edit it will zoom out as if I pressed "Fit Project" button. Which sucks when I need to zoom back in again. I'm guessing this is a bug. Thanks!
