I run RCA cable from the stereo to a device called "iCONNEX" from iKEY-AUDIO from which the line out is a USB cable to the computer.

I do not see any action in the recording meter other than the footage keeps moving along.

New set-up
I purchased a copy of the program which I run on XP-professional (however, I am retired). I was able to record from a phono sound system and a cassette. My version is 1.2.6 Now I cannot get anything to record. I have checked the RCA and USB cables and they work o.k. otherwise. What am I doing wrong?
