Hi. Same problem for me: error 9997 Invalid Sample Rate! 44100Hz...OS Catalina 10.15.7 con Logic 10.4.7 Last Audacity version..all is ok about Sample Rate Frequency. Audacity is not showing anymore in the Security & Privacy > Privacy > Microphone panel! Please help me Sorry, not a Mac expert here. ...

I sometimes create a label via Ctrl-B to help mark my boundaries. It can help if I get lost with zooming.

Mum passed away recently and she used to sing in the church choir. We have a recording that we'd love to play at the funeral but the quality isn't great. Try the Speed Change effect with a Speed Multiplier of 0.999.

Sometimes you can get increase accuracy in these effects by specifying the old and new target selection lengths.
