Re: Fedora 33 KDE - Audacity quit unexpectedly while exiting
I am on Fedora 33 KDE with the latest patches, and when I quit Audacity via CTRL-Q or by clicking on close, I get a bug report in my ABRT that Somehow your post has eluded the Linux elves. Perhaps they confused this post with your earlier post here: https://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic.php?p=39...

Re: Audacity and Windows Task Scheduler
Your code is not exception safe. If anything fails, the script just carries on, ignoring the error, until it crashes. At the very least you should check that both pipes exist, and check that Audacity is running before trying to send the command. Try to catch errors and exit with a meaningful error ...

Re: Exported .WAV/.OGG not playing
If you could just try to get a song or audio of choice in Audacity and put it in, copy it 8 times (prefrebly a stereo song/audio, so one track is 2 channels, 8x2=16) so you get a 16 channel project... Help me understand what you are trying to do here. At https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/7.1_surround_s...

Re: Audacity does not record with windows 10
Audacity never appears in the "last usage"-application list(s) in Windows Setting/Security/Microphone while Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom and other recording programs do this. I think it's a access denied problem, but I've no idea why. If you think it is a microphone access problem (and I agre...

Re: Windows 10, with Audacity 2.4.2
Every time I launch Audacity i have often the message : the last project had an issue and i have a retrieved project. So I'm thinking you are seeing a message like this: AutoCrash.png I would think that if you clicked the button "Discard Projects" that would be the end of it. Is your project on you...

Don't forget to check the guitar side. Does the guitar work through an amp? Check the battery on the guitar, and if it has a battery, don't leave it plugged in!
I hope this helps.
