Re: Poor sound on export

hi, I know this is not related but maybe a little. I'm also experiencing lose of volume when exporting to MP3/WAV. I'm not sure if it's a bug in the software or just growing pains. But I'm using Windows Payer and Windows 10 OS and Recording volume is 1.0. I just thought I would put it out there if ...

Re: The age old crackling problem

It's not possible. I tried Nvidia's website but it says I need the latest version of Java. I installed the latest version but, each time I revisit their site, it says I need the latest version of Java. There are a couple of suggestions for this issue here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forum...

Re: Not playing clipped files properly

I apologize in advance for your ears, lol 1 was made with new version, 2 with old ATTACHMENTS OK, so when I played 1.mp3, I heard the static you were talking about. When I played 2.mp3 I think maybe I heard something else. Once you go above 0 dB, the results are by definition, undefined. Audacity c...

Re: PROBLEME LATENCE RETOUR SON CASQUE :/

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me solve this little problem. I have a Scarlett 2i2 sound card, a rode microphone and I want to record myself when I do covers (songs). I wanted to try to hear myself in my headphones, except that there is a latency problem, a delay of one to two seconds, so that...

Yes, it's files that I made louder in the audacity. In the new version especially. They seem to work fine in any other program, but audacity just shows and plays them as a wall of white noise.
:? So would it be possible to post some short clips to illustrate this problem? :D

Re: Problem with error 99999

If I keep it at Behringer usb WDM there is a playback error 99999. My interface is a U-phoria Any suggestions I am lost. I know I can record 2rd tracks but without use of headphones it is a bit hard and un predictable 1. So the easiest thing to try is to change MME to Windows WASAPI or vice versa. ...

Re: Playback is accelerated

When I record a track into Audacity the playback is accelerated by about10% -- what should be about 7min, 10 seconds, actually clocks in at 6 minutes 40 seconds. And the pitch is correspondingly a little higher. It's happened about 4 times consecutively. I've reloaded Audacity, with no change. I'm ...

@rsimpkin Interesting that I'm not the only one with this issue. I see you just joined today- probably because you encountered this problem as well. I'm glad my post explaining how I resolved it helped you. I've decided that whenever I use these support forums for a problem and resolve it on my own...
