Yes, Audacity can import labels from a text file. See: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/fil ... tml#labels
Then you can Export Multiple selecting to split and name files via label information.

in the 2.4.2 as in the 3.0.0. version of Audacity, I have no check mark in the menus with options, also no arrow indicating a submenu. Am I the only one ???? Just a heads up that I have the exact same problem in my setup running Mojave under the same conditions : two drive setup, apps/os on SSD, files on separate internal drive. Audacity will not open.
