Works not so well for me with Audacity 2.4.2 on Widows 10 Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.1139):

Just a shot in the dark. You might check that your project and track sample rates match with those of the interface box. For example, you might have Audacity set to 44.1kHz, with the interface box set at 48kHz or even 96kHz. Good luck.

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but you could try "Select->All" (Ctrl-A), "Tracks->Align Tracks->Align End To End", then "Tracks->Mix->Mix And Render". Also, see this post:
