I've tried that, I end up getting the pound air sound coming back slightly. Or that section of audio gets louder the rest of the audio clip, I'll fiddle around with it once more, but I thought I'd mention that in case no matter how much fiddling I do my results are the same as before

The High pass filter, did get rid of the swoosh noise. I have the section of audio that I've applied the swoosh noise. I got it working now. Coming from Windows XP to Windows 7 it's a huge jump for anyone reading this, be prepared but also be prepared that Windows 7 is very smart, smarter then Vista in my opinion.

I downloaded AudaCity 1.3.9 but when I try to run on Windows 7 x64 it says make sure I have the correct version ??

If you listen to this audio http://img142.imageshack.us/i/air.mp4/ file which is a MP3, which you can just rename from MP4 to MP3, you'll hear it has a Woosh, Air Pound type sound. That is the only way I know how to describe it, and I'd like to know how I can remove it ?
