I am seeing this same error a lot.

Seems to be tied to AppData\Local\Audacity\SessionData not being cleared out if I close Audiacity without saving the project.

Sound card drivers are up to date already.

Still need to check if loopback recording works properly as that's the reason I've been using WASAPI. If it is also affected, then that will be an issue for me!
