I have the same problem - I install and locate the DLL but it still says "plugin not found" in the Prefs window. I tried this with both Audacity 1.2.6 and Beta 1.3.7 (where I click the button to Locate Mp3 library and it still says "MP3 Export library not found"). I'm running Win...
