On most sessions I stretch the track vertically and I would like each session to open with the blank track resized, I don't see that option in the Track Preferences page in the help file.

After downloading the PreSonus DAW software I was actually able to get the help desk to chat with me. A new, updated driver for the Audiobox seems to have solved the problem. Will keep you posted.

actually i have an issue with studio one and Presonus. I suspect that there is a problem with the Presonus Audiobox. I may need to reinstall.

The DAW supported by Presonus is Studio One and I have no idea how or why is is working

Reinstalling Windows is tantamount to buying another computer and that may be my last option.

Folks I think we've reached the end of the line with this problem. We've tried most every solution and the problem keeps on returning. The folks at Presonus won't help because they will only service the unit with their own proprietary DAW software. Short of investing in a new computer and operating ...

Neither of those solutions was successful.

One step at a time
I will physically disconnect the Presonus overnight and launch it again in the morning and see.

I didn't know about Transport>REscan but that will be my next project.
