Whenever I try opening some of my project files (that were created in audacity 2.4.2) in 3.0, I'll get an error. When I go to open the files that give me an error in 3.0 with the previous version, it opens just fine. The project files are still intact.

How do I fix that issue? I'm on 10.15.7

I've never seen it happen with any other application. It only happens when I leave audacity open for more than 15 minutes at a time. This happens even when my ProFX isn't even connected to that machine. I tried looking on the internet for similar solutions, but it didn't help.
