Audacity traditionally didn't get along well with plugins that had complex graphic interfaces. That's the first thing that came to mind when you said you got a gray box instead of controls and settings you were expecting. Ah, you're right. It is listed as Voice Changer. I found it while looking for various free autotune options. I know Audacity has one as well. Thanks so much for responding so quickly!
