Hi I have exactly the same issue. Catalina 10.15.4 Audacity 2.4.1 Macbook Pro 9997 Sample Rate I was working on a song yesterday - all OK Today I have the above error when I select "USB pnp sound device" whether or not the Rode NT3 mic with Citronic XU60 A to D converter is actually plugged in.
