Still having same problem. When I record, it's barely visible on the sound track ... and I mean barely !!! Makes it difficult to use. On the Recording Tool Bar it only hits on 54 to 48 ... even if I yell into it. But i was able to record a chapter, then did the Mastering (filter curve, RMS Normalize...

I've also checked all cable connections and rebooted the computer as well.

Like I said earlier, if I yell into the computer it will register SLIGHTLY on the track and when I ran a RSM check on that section, it showed RSM at -61

Koz, a related question. Once I'm done with a chapter (editing and all) I end up with three files:
- a wav file
- an Edit Master wav file
- and an MP3 file

Do I need to keep all 3 files on hand or just the Edit Master and MP3 ???

Just finished a new chapter and ACX was:
Peak 3.4
RCM 20.3
Noise 70.3

Koz, I did another chapter this morning and did not apply noise reduction because after I had done the first three steps, the ACX check everything passed .... so I skipped the noise reduction and completed the chapter and did the exports as directed.
