I have the identical problem. But I don't have an audacity configuration (.cfg) file anywhere on my Mac (OSX 3.9) so I can't uninstall Audacity. Is this the only way to uninstall it? I've checked that my Audacity preferences and the settings in the Audio Midi Manager are identical and they are.... s...
