Audacity Forum

Seems someone has the same problem on windows. I downloaded the windows version and run it through wine and it loads immediately. I cannot be the only one with this problem.

On Mint 19.1 Audacity v.221, 222 and 230 all lag on launch. Any ideas what is causing it to take so long to start??
