Further info. Message from TBProAudio -team: It seems that Audacity gives different loudness values when the audio file is just played (Play button) or rendered (Apply button). But it looks that rendering (Apply button) gives the right loudness value. Play seems to depend on selected audio driver......

And I am having problems with metering itself. With Audacity from here https://developers.google.com/actions/tools/audio-loudness downloaded reference file seems to be -7.3LUFS where as it should be -16. With Logic Pro dpMeter2 works well and measures -16LUFS. So definetely something wrong with Auda...
