moved section can't be replaced?
Win7 Pro w/ 2.3.1 This happens on earlier versions as well. Never could seem to document it but will try now with screen shots. I doesn't happen every time but enough to drive me crazy trying to fit a section that originally fit but now needs trimming.... To test the process simply split a section, ...

Paste clip too large error bug?
Win 7 pro - V2.3.0 but experienced a similar bug on earlier versions. When pasting a clip into a measured gap or highlighted section, once in awhile the clip will be too big (by a partial sample maybe). Then what happens beside the error message is that the track opening you're pasting into then clo...

Re: can't move pasted section?
Regarding this issue, I've experienced it multiple times now and there appears to be a fault in the cut/merge bars becoming invisible and connected to "free" floating clips and halting their movements. I find them when trying to move a section that's stuck and seeing the bar appear momentarily then ...

Re: can't move pasted section?
Middle clip just stuck. Any clues? I did find that if cut bars (?) are still on a cut/paste operation that it can prevent it from being moved but this isn't the case here

Re: can't move pasted section?
I'm back with that problem again. I don't have a way to record the actions but these stills may lend a clue. Hate to find this problem in the upgrade coming.

Re: Scrolling left of zero?
I think I get it. With the preference setting off, you can't scroll left past zero with the drag bar BUT you can still go left past zero with the TIME SHIFT TOOL!..... Oh well...

Re: Scrolling left of zero?
That's it but my question I guess is what does the "scrolling left of zero" off setting do?

Scrolling left of zero?
Win7 and v2.3.0 I have scrolling left of zero off in preferences but when using the time shift tool can still move tracks off the left border at zero. Only clue this has happened is seeing the arrows on the track at edge indicating it's past the zero start. Is this normal? Was hoping that setting lo...

Re: can't move pasted section?
Yes Steve, that video clip is exactly what I was doing when the problem appeared. Copy, paste past end, move to join (forward? back? to left anyway). Trying to explore this further, I think it has something to do with the condition where if you click the track control panel to select the entire trac...
