Please help! I'm trying to manipulate the interviewee's audio track while leaving mine alone. I'm also trying to reduce the white noise/background buzz from his track, can you help?

Today I conducted a phone interview and recorded it successfully through Audacity. However, upon "Saving Project As", Audacity unexpectedly "shut down".
