Okay, I figured out the Project Rate is in the lower left hand corner. What does it mean by PCM?

I have a recording I'm going to use for a voicemail greeting. The system I'm using it with (Ringcentral.com) says it needs to be in either CCITT u-Law (G711a), 8kHz, 8 bit, mono (recommended) or PCM, 8kHz, 16 bit, mono formats.
