ok...... i try to reset this file........... and retry to restart the latest beta:

After double-click on .exe i obtain the message to association of file....... i click ok...... and after that nothig append, i continue to see the logo "Audacity" over my desktop but the main programs never appears

Ok... i'm goin to watch the .cfg. In the first line it's present this: NewPrefsInitialized=1 Version=2.0.5 PrefsVersion=1.1.1r1 For resetting this i need to set NewPrefs to 0 ?? Otherwise i have a similar EXTERNAL AUDIO CARDS... i have installed on pc a BEHRINGER BCD3000 whit asio support....... it'...

No.... it's first time i extract the .zip of latest nightly... and it's never started but the last stable working whitout problems.

Late Tonight i turn on my pc with XP and i can try to add this value on CFG... i report result here.

I can use the last stable on my PC whit XP Sp3............ i also try to lauch the last naightly version but never started, i can only watch the LOGO apears but never appening, at this poi...
