WC, Thanks for your help. Just tried the P tab and no luck. No way I can pause in the record mode but when I stop the recording and play it back the pause workes fine ??? All I can do is record side A of a cassette then switch to B and then go back and edit the pause gap.

I am using Audacity 1.3.7 with Windows XP to transfer LP's and Cassettes on CD. Wondering why the pause button will not work in the record mode. Thanks.

I'm using windows XP and installed Audacity 1.3 Beta (unicode). Spend most of the time trying to get it to work. The aux/line in tab works intermittent and only shows the microphone setting 90 percent of the time. Removed and reinstalled audacity to get it to work for a day. Now nothing.. Any help a...
