the main outputs are two xlrs, one for left and one for right, which is going to my monitors. is that what you were asking?
my cd/tape output is going to my behringer USB interface.

I think actually the behringer is working as the computer's soundcard. So I just changed both the input and output to the behringer USB, and it is still doing the same thing.
the default is the realtek but i have it changed to the USB.

oh im sorry, the headphones are plugged into a jack called headphones/ctrl on the mixing board.

Hi, When I record another track over lets say, a click track, the click track records onto the second track as well. This stops when I turn playback off.
