...anything jump out as totally wrong with the order I apply my effects? 1-AutoTune 2-Normalize 3-Compressor 4-EQ 5-Noise Reduction 6-Delay 7-Reverb IMO Noise-Reduction should come before AutoTune & Compressor. AutoTune will also shift the pitch of noise which accompanies any out-of-tune notes,...

... I have a bad mic (I think) and so my voice is really "weird" when recorded. Rather than a bad mic it sounds like noise/echo reduction has been applied which makes it sound weird. You should check to see if Windows is applying any audio "enhancements" and turn them off, see ....

Yes that is one example of the spikes that occur. Sometimes they are smaller or larger ... Sometimes you get lucky: by-chance the waveforms are at similar values and the click at the join is not obvious, but most of the time they will not match and there will be a click. Crossfade is the cure .
