Re: hum
It is possible to electrically, (rather than acoustically), transfer the sound from the music-centre to the computer. If your computer does not have a "line-in" connector socket, a gadget is required which costs £20 - £30 which connects to the computer's USB socket. https://www.google.co.u...

Re: hum
no there's no hum on the original recording, if you listen to the clip the recording of the show ends and for 4 secs the hum goes on. If I just record with the mic only , recording silence, I get the hum. If you when you switch off the music-centre at the mains, the hum stops, try this method ... T...

Re: Attempting to Record LFN.. Help!
As Koz says you will have to obtain a rumble-free comparison to confirm the 19Hz peak is the mystery sound and not an artifact. I've often seen peaks on recordings around 20Hz which are artefacts, i.e. they are generated in the apparatus and appear on all recordings. BTW I can tell when my neighbou...

Re: Plugged Nose Narration
I'm 72 and have a chronic 'plugged nose' voice. Is there some way to clean this up, while recording, or do I find another person? I posted an mp3 file at wsprog.com/buckets1.mp3 In addition to what Steve said , the sample-rate and mp3 bit rate on your "buckets1" mp3 file are both set low ...

Re: Missing Feature or User Error? , (no it's band error :¬)
