Re: Editing old recordings
... I had found that the old file containing the music was transfred by me as a word file. How I did that I have no idea. It is possible to accidentally associate a file type with the wrong software, e.g. .FLAC type audio files (or any other audio file type) associated with your word processor soft...

http://manual.audacityteam.org/index.php?title=Tutorial_-_Copy_and_paste_a_section_of_audio Thanks, Trebor. ... radio station KWKW. 5000 watt. Two towers. I bet those people get Spanish Language Entertainment on their toasters. In Europe it's radio Moscow , which can be heard on any device with an audio amplifier which isn't screened. If the turntable tone arm is plastic you could try bandaging it in kit...

Re: Need help getting started
I could not find anywhere in the instructions as to if Audacity records onto the computer hard drive or onto my CD drive ... Audacity doesn't write (aka "burn") data onto a CD / DVD , you'll need other software to do that ... http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/burning_music_files_to_a_c...

Re: Removing background noise in Powerpoint 2010 narration t
This is more of a Powerpoint question ... Sound files can be either be embedded into Powerpoint file , or linked-to ... In addition, when you link narrations, you can go back later and edit the sound files by using a sound editing program. http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/powerpoint-help/add-narrat...
