Re: RECORD VINYL TO COMPUTOR

I thought if I wanted to make mp3 copies, I needed to have LAME? I'm already too confused to worry about yet another program. Yes if you want to make mp3 files you need to install LAME into Audacity , ( it's an add-on than rather than "yet another program" ) ... http://manual.audacityteam...

Re: 50 Year Old Analog Audio Noise Removal Issue.

I unzipped the file opened the folder called DtBlkFx1_1msw, and inside that folder there are two .dll files with the similar names? DtBlkFx.dll and DtBlkFxS.dll, but only the first file called DtBlkFx.dll displays in Audacity. If I try to launch the filter I get an error. You need to paste a copy o...

Re: RECORD VINYL TO COMPUTOR

Approximately how many songs (in wav) can I get on an 8 gb flash drive/SD card??? CD quality WAV format is 10Mb per minute. 8Gb = 8000Mb => 800 minutes @ 10Mb per minute = 13.3hours If you used mp3 format @ 256kbps instead of WAV you could multiply that time by at least 5x , ( i.e. about 70 hours o...

Re: Installing Anwida Soft light Reverb

... We have downloaded the Anwida installation file (asdxlr20.exe) and run it. It creates an Anwida folder in Program Files (X86) Maybe delete that folder , as having multiple copies of "ANWIDA Soft DX Reverb Light.dll" may cause confusion / conflict. Just one copy of the dll in "C:P...

Re: Noise Cancellation

http://www.freesound.org/people/BiblicalBricksProductions/sounds/196139/ I have an issue with car horns bopping. I tried inverting the sound wave. I was hoping it would be not audible to me. It sounds pretty much the same by inverting it. Any other suggestions? That freesound is dual-mono , not ste...

Re: 50 Year Old Analog Audio Noise Removal Issue.
