1) My biggest issue so far is that I am trying to record multiple voice tracks and I do not know how to line up the voice tracks. I'm not sure this will solve your problem, but this animation shows how you line-up tracks with the " time shift " tool ... http://forum.audacityteam.org/downl...

In my Windows dell audio options (under recording) even after switching between my usual default realtek device and the disabled realtek stereo mix (enabling it), Audacity gives out the same output, the same problem.
