If you look at the music in spectrogram view, (rather than waveform) , you can see where the pattern repeats ...
Looping between Zero Crossing Points avoids clicks, (seamless) ...

Compress high & low frequency bands , leaving the middle alone.

When I record in Audacity (vocal, guitar, mandolin, acoustic bass guitar), I always end up with the sound coming out of one channel ... Any ideas please?
