Sounds like softwares repeatedly fighting over who gets control of the microphone :
that makes a noise every-time one process wrenches control of the mic from the other process.

This music would play full sound initially but would then fade out to a specific sound volume and then still play with at very low volume in the background while I talk ... I have no idea how to google this because I don't know what is the "term" to use to specify what I want to do :S. So...

Sur cette page, il montre Audacity analyse de fréquence, (pas le même que spectrogramme).

... when listening back to it i get the main auido it recorded but it also sounds like theres other audio playing in the background but very faint ... If the "very faint" "other audio" is just occasional words, not complete sentences, then what you're hearing could be pareidolia...
