A high-pass filter at 300Hz will remove most of the non-harmonica sounds from that.

If there were only a few pops, reducing them individually with Audacity's spectral editing tools is feasible ...

As there are so many, I'd be tempted to re-record with a pop-filter.

If you're going to de-ess manually,
envelope tool or Spectral editing are better tools for that job.

NB: History is not saved with the project, it is wiped when the project is saved.

The infamous OTT plugin has hidden controls which can be seen & enabled in Audacity ...

Bypassing downward-compression on the Low band is useful to retain a thumping bass.
