... but what is DtBlkFx doing? I'm not 100% sure myself :oops: . AutoHarm on "between" emphasizes non-harmonic sounds, like the inhale noise ... autoharm.gif So can be used to isolate the inhale noise. The equalization, ( after DtBlkFx), separates the inhale noise from eff & ess noise...

but when I play what I recorded I've noticed the audio will give out on occasion. Never for long but it happens in the middle of words and it messes up the whole recording and I've tried to fix it buy lowering the sample rate etc etc but nothing works. Sounds like skipping . Increasing the CPU-prio...

Waves - List of supported hosts . 32/64 bit: All of the above-listed hosts (except Sound Forge) are supported in 64-bit only . https://www.waves.com/support/tech-specs/supported-hosts Audacity only accepts 32-bit plugins, (even if your computer is 64 bit). Only some (older) types of VST plugin will work in Audacity, e.g. VST2.
VSTi & VST3 don't work in Audacity.

Looks like Waves-brand plugins are VST3 ...
