En la escala de dB, 0 es el volumen máximo. Por lo tanto, menos que el máximo, (menos de 0), deben ser valores negativos.

-60dB es un valor arbitrario, representa el 0.0001% del volumen máximo, por lo que apenas se puede escuchar. El verdadero silencio es -∞dB
