I'm trying to get voice like Kylo Ren / New Venom / Jigsaw. Something deep and scary ... If you want scary, try lowering the pitch (~20%) then vocoding* with white-noise ... before-after.wav [ * mda talkbox vocoder plugin is better than Audacity's native one if you want the voice to be understood ]

... what is a dB RM and where do i find such a creature on my audacity settings? Maybe you're looking for RMS-volume, which is a sort of average-value for the volume, rather than a loudest peak-value. Audacity has a "Contrast" tool in the "Analyse" menu which can measure that .....
