Unfortunately I imported the Rugrats.xml file on the Equalization Tab on Audacity and it didn't really fix anything... The rugrats equalization just boosts the frequencies above 4kHz , which were low IMO. If you want to reduce the volume-variation try the LevelSpeech2.NY plugin on default-settings ...
