Change pitch will change all the vocals on the track, not just "the background vocals",
(unless you have them on a separate track)

I would like to work on a tract, while having a duplicate tract below that doesn't move (i.e. advance). As far as I can see though, if I advance the top tract (the one I'm working on) it also advances the bottom tract (which I don't want to move). Anybody know how to make one tract stay stationary ...
