Re: Pro Ears - Is My Raw File Fixable?

Re: Need help in Editing a voice-over

mp3 is a lossy compression format: mp3 is an approximation not an exact copy of the sound. Making mp3 copy of an mp3 is like photocopy of a photocopy: there is generation loss . Re: Making 2 clips audio interview clips sound the same

I am in the process of trying to make 2 different audio files sound the same. I have attached an example and would be most grateful for any insight on preparing these clips to sound similar. The example is the end of one sentence and the beginning of the next. You will notice the jump in the voice....

Re: TERRIBLE SIBILANCE!!

Also, another problem has started when recording, sometimes (in this recording also) it's very glitchy. Is this mainly because of my computer power? Or can it be other reasons Fixing the sibilance is the easy part, e.g. using Steve's de-esser plugin ... Steve's de-esser.png ''grownupSS',' original ...

Re: Crossfade-tracks bug ?

What's your use case where the audio beyond the end of the fade out needs to remain in exactly the right place? I was cross-fading mono & stereo versions of the same track: a sort of stereo-butterfly effect. A ~5 sample shift was noticeable in that context because the tracks were in-phase, (bef...
