Re: Randomized selection

Creating a spiral shape to select the sound. You can place a spiral to select the spiral shape of the sound. https://forum.audacityteam.org/download/file.php?id=25706 Your Archimedean spiral is chopping the audio into equally-sized equally-spaced chunks. Tremolo/Vibrato on Tremolo can do that ... c...

Re: How to cut amplitude?

I used Fracture ... is not what I hear at preview. Sometimes Audacity does that with VST plugins: the preview is similar but not the same as the result. The only cure for that is to use another DAW which is more VST compatible. NB: In Audacity when you review what applying the effect has done, you ...

The magic-phrases are "Loop Slicer" / "block sequencer".

[ Can still get an old copy of dBlue Glitch plugin for free, (which shuffles chunks of audio & lots more) ].

Re: WahWah help

But, wah pedals are making quack sound, right? Just "wah", no "ck" Why don't wah effect on Audacity do the same? No pedal for user to control when the effect is applied, (Audacity does not do real-time controls). Audacity's wah-wah is varied by a Low Frequency Oscillator running...

Re: WahWah help

Re: ACX Dang that noise floor

Trebor, thanks for producing that comparison of "laryngitis". I have never used De-Ess or De-Click. I see "click removal" in my Audacity 2.3.3, but not De-Ess. That's a plug-in, right? Yes, you can get a DeClicker plugin specifically for Audacity here ... https://forum.audacityt...
