I was able to get my raw recording to around where you said it should be, but it involved me turning up the gain a lot. When I test this, it now exceeds noise floor again. In addition to being too quiet, there's noticeable reverb in that.

But I am also producing a Youtube show changing my pitch constantly and now I am about to produce narration that will include dialogue with different characters (male - female), and I am not sure if these mastering effects (equalizer, normalise and limiter) will have a negative effect on the voices...

Could RMS Normalize each clip to some constant value.

And/or try LevelSpeech2.ny plugin to level out volume on multiple clips at once.
