Re: Awful knocking sound to get rid of
... how to minimise it or remove it entirely using Audacity, or any other software for that matter ... A thing called Spleeter uses Artificial intelligence to automatically separate sounds. It can separate vocals from percussion, (it should interpret knocking as percussion). Even IF it is successfu...

Re: I want Clear Voice with this recording
Not in the example you've provided.
If the recording was stereo sometimes vocal isolation is possible.

Re: Is my setting right or wrong
Presumably, the listener will only hear the right sound? Because it is set to between +1 and -1 so neither too high or too low. Is that correct? The waveform became fatter when I did a little tweaking with amplify/normalise/compress. Typical settings for speech are RMS Normalize* to -20dB, Then (so...

Re: Immersive Effect?
Just noticed the newest version of Panagement is only available in 64-bit, so won't work in Audacity.
The old version (1.4) will work in Audacity, see ...

Re: I want Clear Voice with this recording
... I will try it and try after compression + equalizer... Compression will make reverb worse: it will make the decay longer. An expander (which is the opposite of a compressor) would hasten the decay of the reverb, but won't get rid of it. Equalizer won't make any difference: the reverb has...

Re: Immersive Effect?
It looks like a 3D plugin , only some work in Audacity in Windows, (32-bit VST, not 64-bit, not VST3).
Panagement is the only one is can confirm works in Audacity.

... I just dont understand why it is so small ... mic level is only halfway.png https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/mixer_toolbar.html If sliding the mic gain to maximum (+) in Audacity isn't enough, you may have the option of adding "mic boost" in Windows microphone properties, see ... h...

Re: I want Clear Voice with this recording
... I want more clear voice without surround and echo ... Attachments Alcazar Clip1.mp3 (133.11 KiB) That sounds like an add-on reverb effect. De-Reverb plugin$ do better with those than real-world reverberation, but the end result is obviously processed ... ''Alcazar Clip1'', before-after DeVerber...

Another problem is that the Mute and Solo buttons do not work independently. I can't solo two tracks at once with everything else muted. There's an option to change how the mute/solo buttons work in Audacity preferences, see ... https ://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tracks_behaviors_preferences.html
