Thanks! I can now listen while recording. Now I get to load the software on my boy's computer which runs Vista....

This is "Please Help #2". The Edit/Preferences/Recording Device suggestion helped me. Thank you very much. I can now record - but I still cannot hear it if I just want to play the record through my computer. Any help on this problem? I changed the "Playback device" and that didn't help that problem....

I also have the same problem. The Audacity program installed, but after connecting the turntable with the included USB cable no screen instructions pop up to tell me how to install the drivers. I am running Windows XP. Help, please, also.
