I have changed the cfg file and nothing still....I'm at a loss of what else to do. I have reinstalled and changed the file (cfg) to what was recommended here but audacity still won't open for me. I am running OS 10.6.8 on a MacBook Pro (an older one. I can't upgrade to 10.7 because it won't take it)...

I installed version 2.0.3 and it won't start. I followed the instructions you posted about the cfg file and still when i click on the icon, it bounces once on my dock and then nothing happens. I was able to open version 1.3.5d no problem. I am running OSX 10.6.8 on a MacBookPro.
