I have had some trouble with this as well. And I have used the Silence tool to get rid of the clicks or pops from vinyl recordings. After I selected Silence, then played it back, the pop was gone. I have been transfering my cassette tapes to CD and I have run across a problem. I noticed the effects drop down menu has a Bass Boost but nothing for Treble.
